Dennis Borecki
Managing Partner
Dennis brings more than 25 years' experience in pioneering innovative financial products and related systems and operations infrastructures to his leadership role at Total Bank Solutions. Prior to co-founding the partnership in 2004, he was President and COO of Waterhouse Asset Management, manager of the Waterhouse Family of Funds, after serving as Senior Vice President and Trust Officer of Waterhouse National Bank. Prior to joining Waterhouse, Dennis was an Executive Vice President with the advisory firm of Reich & Tang and President of the Cortland Trust Funds. Dennis co-founded the Cortland Financial Group, an investment advisor that was later merged into Reich & Tang.
Ronda K. Feldman
Managing Partner
A co-founder of Total Bank Solutions, Ronda has worked for more than 20 years in the financial services arena dealing with broker/dealers, banks, and mutual funds. She has run back office operations for the Reich & Tang Funds and the Putnam Funds in addition to directing operations units for AT&T, American Transtech, Bank of New England, and Boston Financial Data Services. Ronda is the founder and former President of American Heritage Group, a leading consulting group for the industry. She holds Series 7, Series 26, and Series 63 licenses.
Eric Pierce
Managing Partner
As Managing Partner at Total Bank Solutions, Eric is responsible for growing the firm's new business development and implementation efforts for potential sponsor institutions, as well as directing the team of professionals that market to source and deposit institutions. Eric brings to this role more than 25 years of industry experience in the sale of money market funds and cash products at DB Advisors, Reich & Tang Funds, and Mellon Bank. He previously marketed financial services software at Daytron Corporation, Premier Systems Inc., and Key Financial Systems.
Peter Gensicke
Chief Financial Officer
With more than 35 years' experience across virtually all facets of the financial services sector – retail brokerage, banking, broker dealer and asset management – Peter's extensive expertise, particularly in business planning and operations, is vital to his role at Total Bank Solutions. Prior to joining Total Bank Solutions, Peter's held positions as Vice President and CFO at Elysian Federal Savings Bank, Treasurer and Controller at Capital Resources Corporation and at the Reserve Fund, Vice President and Controller at Bank Leumi Le Israel, B.M., and at Fidelity Union Bancorporation. A Certified Public Accountant, Peter started his career at Arthur Andersen & Co. He holds Series 6, Series 7, Series 63 and Series 66 licenses.
